*Students must provide a document, valid for 2017. The proof must be sent to this email address scaramuzzi@scaramuzziteam.com and the student must be able to present this document at the registration desk, upon arrival at the conference.

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration. They include the Conference Proceedings, coffee breaks and lunches during the Conference.
The prices indicated are per person and are only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before the deadlines above; otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied. Italian VAT has already been included in the registration fees.

On site payment
On-site registration will be available ONLY the first day of the congress Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Only cash payment is accepted and only in Euros.

Registration fees may be paid by credit card through the secure online registration system (VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit card will be accepted). Your credit card transaction will be processed through SETEFI.
Bank Transfer
Registration fees can be also paid by bank transfer. Please send the proof of payment via email at scaramuzzi@scaramuzziteam.com .

Registration confirmation
Receipt of your registration form and credit card payment will directly be acknowledged by email. If you have not received a confirmation, please send a mail to scaramuzzi@scaramuzziteam.com

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be received in writing by mail or email no later than September 10, 2017. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded, less the administrative fee of 40% (on the total amount).
No refunds will be processed after September 10, 2017. Please send cancellation requests via email to scaramuzzi@scaramuzziteam.com
All refunds will be arranged after the Conference.

Name Change
Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate another person.
